Getting started
Connect a wallet, fund it with ETH, and make your first Spawn transaction.
You need an EVM wallet, ETH on Robinhood Chain, and enough balance for the action plus gas. The same wallet can use the launchpad and NFT marketplace.
Add Robinhood Chain
Use these network settings when your wallet does not already include the chain.
| Setting | Value |
|---|---|
| Network name | Robinhood Chain |
| Chain ID | 4663 |
| Currency symbol | ETH |
| RPC URL | https://rpc.mainnet.chain.robinhood.com |
| Block explorer | https://robinhoodchain.blockscout.com |
The Spawn wallet control requests a network switch before each transaction. Wallets that support wallet_addEthereumChain can add the network from the same prompt.
Connect and fund a wallet
- Open the token feed or NFT marketplace.
- Select Connect wallet and choose an available browser wallet.
- Approve the switch to Robinhood Chain.
- Confirm that the connected account has ETH for the intended amount and gas.
Keep a small ETH reserve after choosing a launch, buy, or listing price. Gas is charged separately from values sent to a contract.
Make a first transaction
For a token trade, open a token from the token feed, enter an ETH amount, review the quote and minimum received, then approve the wallet transaction. Selling may require an ERC-20 approval transaction before the swap.
For an NFT purchase, open an active item from the NFT marketplace, confirm the collection and token ID, then review the exact listing price. The marketplace requires the transaction value to equal the listing price.
Wait for indexed data
A confirmed transaction can appear in your wallet before it appears in Spawn's feeds. The NFT index waits for six confirmations. The launchpad index uses a configurable safety depth that defaults to two confirmations.
Keep the transaction hash. You can follow it in the block explorer while the application waits for indexing.
